Divorce / Legal Separation:
​Filing Separate (Alone) - With Children under 18 and you served your spouse by publication in a newspaper

Here are the forms you need to complete the paperwork process and request a divorce hearing without having been able to personally serve the other party (having filed Part 1 separately, and serving the other party in the newspaper via Publication Summons) with children under the age of 18.  In the Checklist linked directly below, you'll see which forms you need to file, when, and other important procedural information on how to file your case.
