Divorce/Legal Separation "Part 2" Appointments

At the MJC, the divorce process happens in two parts. If you have completed the first step, the MJC can help you with paperwork for the second step of divorce by appointment ONLY.

To schedule an appointment:
  • Email mjcdivorce@gmail.com. Please include your full name, phone number, and court case number.  
  • ​You will not get a final court date until you have turned your Part 2 paperwork into the court.

Remote Expungement/Pardon Clinics
The  Expungement / Pardon clinic, staffed by volunteer attorneys and law students, provides free, confidential, and brief legal advice and referrals for Wisconsin expungement and pardon applications. 

This clinic is for criminal law issues, not  eviction cases.

Parenting Conferences  

Attorney facilitators, working with a law student, assist parents to discuss issues of custody, placement, and child support with a goal of completing an agreement.  Child Support services is also present to discuss child support orders, arrears, and calculations. 
Conference Availability 
Parenting Conferences are scheduled for 90 minutes on Tuesday mornings, 1030am-Noon starting in January 2023.
