Run for Justice 2010

On September 22, 2011 the Milwaukee Justice Center staff, friends and sponsors gathered at Veterans Park in Milwaukee for the First Annual 5K Run for Justice. The event was a success with over 165 participants, volunteers and supporters coming together to run and walk for the cause. Afterwards, participants listened to music from the band Blue, Seriously and enjoyed refreshments provided by Big Bay Brewing Co. The Meissner Tierney Fischer & Nicholas team finished the race with the fastest average speed and was awarded the Fastest Team award. Also, the Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren team won the Team Spirit award for registering the largest number of participants. The Milwaukee Justice Center would like to sincerely thank all participants, volunteers, and sponsors for the donations, hard work, and effort put into the race that contributed to its success. Hope to see you again next year!
