Remember
Before you file an Eviction Action, consider mediation.  Mediate Milwaukee's Eviction Help for Landlords has been helpful for many landlords to resolve problems before an issue goes to court.  Both tenants and landlords can request mediation or more information by calling 414-939-8800 or emailing apply@mediatemilwaukee.com 

You can get help with Landlord-Tenant issues at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics, including those at the Milwaukee Justice Center.
