Enforcement of Physical Placement
If a person is not following a court ordered placement schedule, you may as the court to enforce the physical placement schedule and make necessary changes to that schedule. This process may be used when the schedule is court ordered and specific, not “reasonable times upon reasonable notice” or something the parents agreed to on their own.
If your placement schedule is “reasonable times upon reasonable notice” and you are not able to see your child, you may want to consider changing your court order to ask for a specific placement schedule. (See Modification Forms and Checklist or Parenting Conferences).
